1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.aiwebnext.com or engaging AI WebNext for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AI WebNext provides website design, e-commerce development, mobile app development, AI chatbots, AI automation and related digital services as detailed on our website.

3. Quotes & Payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
50% advance payment is required to commence work
Balance is due on project delivery, before final files/access transfer
For projects above ₹50,000, milestone-based payments may be arranged
All prices are in INR exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary based on client response times, content delivery and scope changes.

5. Revisions & Scope

Standard packages include reasonable revisions during the design phase. Additional features or scope changes after sign-off may incur additional charges quoted in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project transfer to you. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock photos) remain under their respective licenses.

7. Hosting & Domain

Clients are responsible for arranging their own hosting and domain. We can recommend providers and assist with setup at no extra cost.

8. Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver, refunds will be issued pro-rata for incomplete portions.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. NDAs are signed on request.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI WebNext's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
